Notice to StudentsCourse News and Announcements: Occasionally, the University of Alberta or the Faculty of Education may ask instructors to review certain policies with students in their classes. Alberta teachers who may wish to count this course for salary increment purposes should contact the Faculty of Education Office of Student Services at 492-3659 to register in a Diploma program. There is no additional cost, and students need only complete the 8 course Diploma to qualify for their "5th year" of education." CNS Internet Clients and Communication Software Homepage: Computing and Network Services at the University of Alberta has released a set of Internet Software Kits that are configured for both campus office microcomputers and remote computers with modems. If you do not have Internet software that will enable you to participate in this course, and are planning to us the University modem pool or the Ed Tel dial up option, we strongly suggest that you download and install the appropriate software for your computer. If you are planning to use another ISP DO NOT download and install this software. Use the software provide by your ISP.
