Conferencing - Top Tips

You need a frames capable browser like Netscape Navigator 3.x or higher or Microsoft Internet Explorer 3.x to access the Course WebBoard.

Configure your browser to accept cookies. The WebBoard uses cookies to record and store your personal profile. If you reject cookies you will not be able to logon onto the system.

Make sure that you know the difference between a "Conference," "Topic" and a "Message" (the online help has an excellent explanation on conferences, topics and messages.

Both the Help and Issues conferences are monitored and your participation is recorded. Contribute often!.
